I’m a breathwork facilitator and practitioner from Sydney with experience working with clients far and wide - from Australia, The Netherlands and Portugal, to Spain, UK and beyond. I offer in-person and online breathwork sessions for individuals, couples and groups based on the idea that the great challenges we face in life are an important and inevitable part of the human condition and can become our greatest strength through the profound self-inquiry process of breathwork.
